To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz bourbon, ½ oz maple syrup, ½ oz icewine. Stir and strain into a rocks glass
with ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

  1. Sounds yummy... except I don't know what bourbon tastes like! The maple syrup probably helps counterbalance any sharpness of bourbon that I suspect it has.
